I hold a degree in Technical Architecture (2012), in Building Engineering (2015) and a Master Degree in Construction Engineering (2016). I completed a Degree in Journalism (2018) with a focus on corporate communication, social media and digital strategies.
Since 2012 I've been focused on issues related to sustainability and climate change, including this theme as my main work line. My research lines include media and corporate communication related to climate crisis, SDGs and, nowadays, the main emphasis is placed on journalist safety linked to natural disasters. International stays: a four-month research stay (2023/24) at Háskólinn í Reykjavík (Reykjavík University) in Iceland.
I am also part of the Bitartez Research Group and the project “Safety conditions of Spanish journalists covering international conflicts: defining elements and analysis of their safety before, during and after reporting (JOSAFCON)”, funded by the Ministry of Science and Universities (Spain) (2022-2026).
